BAUM Management s.a.r.l. - Grand Duchy of Luxembourg
BAUM Management is the management company and the sole manager of Central American Timber Fund FCP-SIF and was especially erected for this purpose.
BAUM Management is regulated by the CSSF.

The members of the board of Baum Management are:
•  Mr. Frans Blommestein (finance)
•  Mr. Bastiaan Dijkman (operations)
•  Mr. Patrick Kloezen (marketing & distribution)
•  Mr. Marcel Learbuch (operations)
•  Mr. Erik Lammerts van Bueren (forestry)  

CATF has a specialized Supervisory and Audit Committee ("SAC") overseeing the activities of CATF. The SAC has five members and has at least three unitholders and two professionals. The three 'unitholder'-members will -except at the start of the Fund- finally be elected at a meeting of the unitholders, while the professionals will be appointed directly by the Management Company. The first members of the SAC have been appointed by the Management Company, whereby the SAC is chaired by Mr. Gert Jochems (chairman and compliance professional).
